Born in Germany and raised in the South of France, Chef Patrick’s culinary journey began in a 600-year-old farmhouse, where a farm-to-table lifestyle shaped his deep respect for seasonal, local ingredients. His formal training took him to Montreux, Switzerland, where he studied Hotel Management with a focus on Food & Beverage and the culinary arts.
After graduating, Patrick spent eight years apprenticing in some of Switzerland’s finest Michelin-starred restaurants (1–3 stars), mastering traditional European cuisine with precision and artistry.
